Package travel is a complete trip, including accommodation, meal, fare, transport or tour guides in one all-inclusive price.( Ghimire,2013) NTA has more than 700 members are tour operators who buy and package travel globally or domestically.
WHO ARE NTA MEMBERS:-
Their buyer members are known as their tour packages which buy travel package globally or domestically. NTA seller members are their destination marketing organizations and their tour suppliers like hotels, transportation companies, and receptive operators.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:-
Be the member of the NTA members can expand their personal and professional support system. (Ghimire,2013)
It gives the chances to the members to enhance their level of expertise by talking to various consumers and business executives.

Enhance the confidence level of the members with which they are able to convince their customers.
Millions of eligible peoples in the US are still not signed up for TSA Pre, because of conducting some misconceptions in their minds. (Goodall, 2013)Here we are going to discuss five myths about the TSA Pre which are following:-
1. It is basically considered as a VIP program to make things more convenient for people:- It is true that TSA makes the process of screening very efficient, it is known as a security program. TSA focuses on those events which are considered very risky and which have a larger impact on the working of the organizations identify the terrorists which are engaged in traveling so that it can make traveling functions easy.
2. TSA lines are just as a long:- It becomes longer in many major US hub airports, and it is considered as a serious problem. It cuts the average wait time in half.
3. It minimizes the security standards at airport.- It employs the most innovative security processes which are available to prescreen travelers. (Goodall, 2013) This makes the journey happy and easy.
4. It is hard to apply:- TSA always make the PRE application more streamlined; there are now only two steps to apply it: - first determining eligibility, and if eligible filling an application. Second, schedule an appointment.
5. TSA is too expensive:- Adopting TSA for a travel industry is proving very expensive. While implementing it, we should pay full attention on it so that can cut extra cost.
Organization structure is different as per the different industry. The structure should be such which maintain and enhance its profitability. (Riley, M. 2014) Corporations use an organizational structure that places all the key positions over the situational needs of the industrial operations. Organization structure can be:-
FUNCTIONAL ORGANIZATION: - in this structure staff is divided as per their duties and responsibilities. In it, functions include manufacturing, selling, marketing or finance. For example- any manufacturing company follows this organization in which all the functions are specified, and there are no any difficulty arises in producing quality goods.
PRODUCT DIVISION: - organizations which are working in different product line uses the structure for controlling the functioning of a product line. Like:- Cadbury is engaged in producing different items so that it follows this structure which enables it to put proper control on the quality of the product.
ROLE AND PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATIONS:-
PEPSI: - Pepsi main aim is to serve their large consumers and then build its better image than their competitors. Pepsi engages in producing the different items for enhancing their customers and then gain the confidence of their customers.
CADBURY: - it is the largest company which is producing the different types of consumer goods. It engages in producing different brands of chocolate or the other things. The main objective of the Cadbury is earning higher profit and build its wealth in the market.
HOW PEACE CAN BE ACHIEVED IN TOURISM:-
It is necessary for the tourism industry to concentrate on following to get success in the future:-
Proper transportation services should be provided to their customers so that they do not need to face any difficulty.
Proper accommodation facilities should be there for the families to stay at their destinations.
Healthcare services should be there in addition to their travel package.
