B)  The Most Identified character and Why?  What did you learn from this character?

The most identified character is sniff as he is so much innovative and as he identifies changes as well as possible new outcome and he is more involved in planning and making a strategy to find out a new path.
What I learned from sniff is that we have to keep up to date ourselves all the time. In a way to get the insight of what will be the future wants and needs. We should be ready to change quickly, again and again as per the demand. Change is the need of hour so adapt the change quickly when needed. The quicker we use to let go the old things, the sooner we find the new solution and things. Some time old beliefs do not let us find the new outcome in reality. This story also tells us about if we notice the small change in early stage than it will help us to adopt new and bigger change easily. We should always move in a new direction to find new hope and solution. If we are not changing ourselves from time to time then we will be in vain, eliminated and become extinct so in a way to stay in any business we need to keep updated and flexible to change.

C) Identify and describe at least two leadership themes from the movie.

  • 1.   Propel Innovation and initiative.

  • 2.    Change management.

Innovative and initiative- A leader should be innovative and initiative. A true leader is the one who travels the untravelled path that is innovative. In this movie "Who moved my cheese" sniff is having the quality of innovation and initiative. Innovative and initiative leaders believe and followed that go the past fear and enjoy the journey of finding new hope and better solution or outcome. As in this movie "who moved my cheese" sniff believed and involved in making strategy and finding a new way out.
Change management is also the trait and one of the themes of leaders which all the leaders should follow.Managing the success is easy but managing the failure requires the leadership quality. So in this movie "Who moved my cheese" sniff have this leadership quality. As he believed that change is the need of the hour and we need to change in a way to stay in the market and better position. If we don't change according to the situation than we will become extinct. So a leader must be able to manage the change. A good leader is the one who effectively managed the change.

D) Explain how the characters and themes apply to leadership and advocacy.

As there are four characters in the movie ", who moved my cheese namely Sniff, Scurry, Hem, and Haw. Theme of this story who moved my cheese illustrate the fear and anxiety out of managing the coming future and story also depicted that how people should deal with changing environment and situation in a way to be successful in their lives and to achieve their achievements, and what methods and techniques they should adopt to get success and move ahead safely and effectively.
Through this movie, one can gain the insight of how to manage the change and what to be done in a way to stay in the market and obtain predefined achievements or goals. In this movie "who moved my cheese" also depicted that leader should be dynamic and can handle the change according to the need. The leader should be updated and initiative like sniff in this movie as they need to articulate the changes in advance and helps other to cope up with the changes as per demand. In this movie, all the character tells us about how to live better and what we should we do to stay in business and alive.where sniff tells us to predict the change and be innovative.Haw tells us that be helpful and works in a group it will lead to increase efficiency. Don't fear the changes and handle the changes systematically .so all this traits and character in this movie tells us how to become a leader and how to manage the situation.
