It is the belief of Martin Luther that education should be universal and emphasize on the fact that education will provide strength to community and families. The key features that will be proposed in the context of working knowledge are that the central notion of pedagogy will be taken into practice for imparting quality education to the children in early childhood by maintaining a dialogue with the children that focus attention on child's right to education.


Education imparted in the early years of learning facilitates the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of the child. in providing this it is the role of educator that play an effective role, as the educator is the one who supports children's in their abilities and interests. Various legislative reforms have been proposed by the Australian government in the development of ECEC by enhancing the curriculum and the educational qualifications of the educators in context of imparting education.
