Introduction

Practice development helps in integrating the work-based learning and at the same time focusses on the active learning along with formal care, which then helps the learning environment in the workplace, get transformed into care. So, basically, practice development is an initiative guided thorough a framework for developing strategies, so that each and every individual get benefitted at work levels, from nurses, to midwifes, to doctors, to all the practice managers, etc.

The image in Figure 1 (Network, 2015),  visualises the very fact that a woman is seen to be displaying a chart which may become significant to the professional standards and then can be applied to the decision-making process leading to transformation of care. I happen to choose, this picture, since the processes and the people are combined then they can create an outcome, which then help in increasing the effectiveness of the team or a single individual in particular. So, the basic focus is on the transforming the care so that it can be ensured that the needs are met. (Chambers, 2001)

In the image in Figure 2 (Bullock, 2015), people in an organization are seen to be pulling up an arrow in an opposite direction. The arrow so depicted in the picture is symbolic, but it essentially signifies that, anything can be changed to any possible directions, if only there is a team who flocks together, and to keep a team effective, there must be emancipatory development of practice as coined by (McCormack, 2004), which will then help the team to be glued together, with no oppression, thereby meeting the professional objectives.

Figure 3 (Atkinson, 2016), is an image depicting two co- workers, where one is explaining certain things and the other one seems to be not realising what the former is suggesting, which only means that every staff need to be empowered, so that each and every member of the staff can contribute to the basic purpose of the practice development, which is the integration of work-based learning, into to strategic implementation, thereby evaluating each steps taken to a future which only causes transformation of the health care by providing development through empowerment (David J Clarke, 2003).

Conclusion

As the objectives, are led by clinical and professional attitudes, so the eminent focus should be on the transformation of the health care through work- based learning techniques like displaying charts as seen in Figure 1 (Network, 2015), and the effective team must be directed through the emancipatory development of practice, shown in Figure 2 (Bullock, 2015), without any restraint, thereby causing integration of learning into strategic implementation, highlighting Figure 3 (Atkinson, 2016).
