Executive Summary:

The company has to implement the changes and has to manage the changes effectively. The employees have to be given training and development resources. It has to evaluate the progress and the outcomes from the changes. The monitoring has to be done on regular basis.

The best option is to implement the most technologically updated IT and ICT infrastructure that will be based on the ethical code of the ACS. The primacy of public interest is an ethical code of the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
