Abstract 

A building information modelling is a process which contain digital representation of physical and functional of the management functional characteristics at one place.  The building information modelling is a process which creates and manage information about the construction project across the project lifecycle. One of the important output from the BIM is that it extract digital description of the each aspect of the built strength.  The model developed on the information assembled and updated at the principle stage of the project. Through the building information system the creator able to interact with modelling and deliver optimize solution which contain greater life value for the asset.  The Building information modelling system bring together all the relevant information about the building component at one place.
