I have read few of his research papers and I can assuredly say there is lot to learn from his studies. His ability to understand the respondents and whether they are true to the questionnaire is also good. He has spent almost twenty years in this profession and has provided service to most of the candidates and colleagues. One can always find him at the students’ disposal and helping them out with various problem areas.
The major reason he is continuously balancing these aspects is his ability to effectively manage his time. He develops plan for the next one week in advance and always try to go by it. Moreover, he even plans all the general activities on each Sunday. All the mundane activities, planned earlier, help him spend his energy on things that matters most. He takes each week as a project and completes it by the end.

B. Role Model
I consider one professor as my role model. He is from the research department and mostly stays involved in the development of scholarly papers. He mostly works with the students who have interest in research writing and development. Luckily, I have some interest in this field which helped me interact with him at various instances.
I consider him my role model because of the knowledge he possess in the research field, at least as far as my understanding is concerned, he knows lot about the research aspects. He has been a hardworking individual. I have never seen him wasting his time activities that bring out no output or benefit to him.
