  1. 1. I believe that the text “the freedom to contract is crucial to the freedom of the market” clearly reflects the fact that the government has upon the businesses across the nation. I believe that there exists a truth to the statement. The rules and regulations that are laid down by the government indicates control over the business to some extent. Such rules and regulations are set up for the dual benefits of the business houses as well as to the government. However, not all the regulations set up by the government are beneficial for the business houses and society at large. The establishment of freedom are believed to be beneficial for the betterment of the businesses, its employees and also result in boosting the economy.
