As an MA, I would like to be involved in spreading awareness about insurance plans through email and SMS marketing and get involved in direct selling of insurances. I would also be involved in customer profiling for insurance plans. An MA has to know about the Medical insurance plans are of various types such as individual plans, family plans, critical illness plans and the various contacts such as the managed healthcare plans (the HMO, PPO or POS) and the traditional plans (Plans, 2020). This knowledge regarding the plans, the contracts and their coverage shall be beneficial for all the stakeholders such as the patient, the insurance company and the MA in a way that the required plan would be available to the patient.
