From the Belbin tests and their results, I believe I can be a suitable candidate for the job, but I need to work on my team management skills as per the report. Therefore, I will try to present myself as a good team worker and involve as much as I can in group projects ad group activities. Further, I can listen actively, this will enhance my auditory skills and further would improve my VAK tests. I would further be more willing to share the information, experience and knowledge with other mates. And would be forthcoming in informal sharing.
Secondly, I need to work on my auditory skills. For that, I’ll try to be a good listen amongst my team and would let go of all the preconceived ideas. I’ll try to adopt an open mind and would try to empathize fully with what the speaker has been telling me.
