Now let us continue our example of Robert’s smartphone business. We know he wants to enter into India and he has already understood the market from the perspective of political, economic, and social aspects.
For the technological analysis, Robert has to look at the current sale of smartphone products in the country. It can see what competitors such as Samsung, Apple, Huawei, and others are doing in the market.
