4.2 How to conduct social analysis of a country?
In the social analysis, we try to understand the customers to whom we sell the products. In order to conduct social factor analysis, you have to know all the aspects that I listed in the previous lessons.
But while conducting social analysis, you have to ensure that you do not get lost in the list of hundreds of things. The best way to go about this analysis is to look at the product that is to be sold.
Prepare a characteristics of an ideal customer. It is quite difficult to find someone with the ideal characteristics you will list out. But you can at least find someone who is closer to those characteristics.
Let us understand this by taking the example of Robert’s smartphone in the next lesson.
